private parties. It also includes pool tables, indoor swimming pool and spa, exercise equipment, restrooms with showers, and a large outdoor patio area. The Colonial Estates Homeowners Association offers many benefits including events, activities, a newsletter, medical equipment loan-out, and an emergency response team. The Colonial Inn, our full-service retirement living apartment complex. Located just next door, it offers Colonial Estates residents many services including meals, light housekeeping, a beauty shop and private transportation to local shopping, events and trips. These services can be arranged through the Inn at 360-453-9110. Activities abound at The Colonial Inn and Colonial Estates includes Zumba-Gold fitness classes, water aerobics, bridge, poker, pinochle, pool, crafts, band concerts, ice cream socials, picnics, BBQs, excursions, special events during the holidays and so much more. RV Storage spaces, located within the community, are available starting at $20 per month for
motor homes, boats and campers. A Private Security Service patrols the park day and night to insure a safe and secure community. Vacationers enjoy peace of mind knowing their home will receive special attention while they’re away at no charge. The residents also have a “neighborhood watch” program. Colonial Estates is locally owned and operated. The owners, service personnel and manager are located just around the corner or a phone call away. An easy, automatic payment program is offered to transfer your lot lease payments each month. Your payment will always be on time, even when you’re away. Colonial Estates rules are attached along with an application and information regarding the
