Our last half day of Disney, Epcot did NOT disappoint! Granted we only rode 3 rides, but we got to see the flower and garden festival in full bloom! Adam went almost the entire world showcase while we waited for Remy’s to come back up…the ride kicked back on RIGHT as Adam returned from “over halfway around the world”.

During Epcot we;
- Took flight on Soarin’
- Engaged our inner engineer at the Chevy Test Track!
- Created delicacies and escaped the grasp during Ratatouille (our first time, such an amazing 4D ride)
- Took in all the incredible flower and garden character displays!

After a short drive back to Ponte Vedra, the last day prior to flying back was a great beach day and we enjoyed a beach picnic!

Such a great week, it was hard to return to adulting! Can’t wait for next time!

Our last day at Disney was incredible. We tend to pair Animal Kingdom with Epcot, specifically because both parks by themselves used to be an easy "half-day" park. That being said, the more we visit AK and Epcot, the more I realize they are easy a whole day for themselves to take it all in!

Animal Kingdom is a whole different kind of Disney magic, and we love it.

- We started off our day with Avatar Flight of Passage, probably our favorite ride in all of Disney. We got to ride that twice!
- Floated through Pandora on the tropical Na'vi River Journey
- Got soakkkkked on Kali River Rapids! Probably THE most we've ever gotten wet on that ride (good thing it was 80s)
- The ride of the morning though was Expedition Everest! We rode the ride 3 times back-to-back-to-back and it was so much fun, definitely a one of a kind roller coaster.

By that time, it was already time to park hop to Epcot, I'm sad that we didn't try for Celebration of the Lion King, but Epcot was totally worth it!
