UltraAir, an Omaha Nebraska aircraft management company, has been acquired by Four Corners Aviation.

Four Corners Aviation was launched in November 2021 by Aquilla Aviation Ventures. Aquilla was formed in April 2021 when Omaha investor City+Ventures partnered with aircraft broker MENTE Group, LLC. City+Ventures already owned Millbrook Air, a New York aircraft management company.

“As we continue to grow all segments of our business, this acquisition helps us scale up our operation,” said Brian Proctor, CEO, Four Corners Aviation. “We have seen increased interest in all our product offerings, which include jet card solutions, aircraft management, and our innovative Freedom program.”

UltraAir has a fleet of five aircraft comprising of four Learjet 45s and one Falcon 7X. The company was founded in 2002. “This transaction will provide limitless opportunities for our employees and ensures that our customers will continue to receive A Flight Above the Rest for many years to come,” said UltraAir CEO, Scott Robertson, using the company’s trademarked slogan.

“As a company, UltraAir embodies the same values we do,” said Proctor. “We understand that customers are looking for solutions and that’s what we deliver. Our growth strategy is focused on customer service and building a customized solution for each client we serve.”

Four Corners Aviation offers Corporate Jet as a Service (CJaaS). Rather than just offering ownership it Freedom product allows companies and individuals dedicated use of an aircraft without needing to own it. It also offers jet cards and aircraft management.

UltraAir LLC, an aircraft charter and management firm based at Omaha Eppley Airfield, is seeking an A&P Technician. Employee is responsible for maintenance, inspection and ensuring continued airworthiness of our managed aircraft under FAR 91 and 135. The principal function of this employee is to perform scheduled and non-scheduled maintenance of our fleet. The UltraAir fleet currently includes Falcon’s, Learjet’s and King Air's.
Responsibilities:
• Working closely with all maintenance team members, crew members, and schedulers.
• Performing regular maintenance checks on airframe and engines to ensure all components are functioning according to manufacturer's specifications
• Maintain aircraft logbooks, computer maintenance tracking, and other systems as necessary
• Prepares, inventories, and records aircraft parts and components.
• Ensures proper use, maintenance, care, and accounting of materials, tools and equipment.
• Complies with company policy and procedures as contained in company handbook
• Some travel may be required to repair aircraft at locations other than the home base
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Director of Maintenance

Requirements
• A&P Mechanic License
• Minimum 3 years’ experience
• Turbine experience required
• Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, diagrams, wiring diagrams, and instructional manuals.
• Ability to see and hear clearly
• Ability to read, comprehend, and speak English clearly
• Ability to climb, twist, bend, crouch, stoop, kneel, and crawl
• Ability to move in tight quarters
• Ability to sit, stand, and walk for extended periods
• Ability to work in all weather conditions as needed
• Ability to regularly push/pull up to 75 pounds
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 75 pounds
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
• Ability to operate computer and type effectively
• Ability to write legibly
• Ability to work at elevated heights
• Ability to operate variety of tools, machines, and equipment
• Ability to pass FAA preemployment and random drug test
• Ability to pass background and credit checks and airport badging requirements
• Available for call outs on nights, weekends, and holidays

UltraAir, LLC. is looking for a fulltime aircraft detailer. Hourly wage of $13-$17 based on experience with competitive benefits package.

Aircraft Detailer Responsibilities

Clean interior and exterior of aircraft.
Service of aircraft lavatory.
Stocking aircraft with perishables.
Maintaining the standard and quality of service of the organization.
Assisting crew members with handling of luggage when needed.
Understanding and delivering to the specific requirements of the customers.
Inspecting aircraft thoroughly.
Operate all tools and equipment in a safe manner.
Notify proper personnel of discrepancies on aircraft.

Aircraft Detailer Qualifications and Requirements

Experience preferred but not required
High School diploma or equivalent
Driver license
Ability to pay attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability and desire to work in a fast-paced, fun environment
Excellent customer service skills
Ability to follow instructions
Positive attitude
Ability to work flexible hours
Able to pass pre-employment drug screen, background check, and obtain airport badge
Ability to stand for long periods, stooping, bending, climbing
