Northern Lights are out tonight

A shout out to the Tribal Police for coming out to show off their squad car, talk to the kids and for the goodie bags!
It’s so important for all of us to know that they are the good people keeping us safe.

I did get put in hand cuffs again and thrown into the backseat of that car, where the kids would not let me out. They thought it was 😆 funny.

The lifeguard was locked in there too.

Miss Halo decided that she should try out to be a K9 dog and rode in the first seat.

We at camp are so thankful that you are always driving around checking on things.

Soon at camp our woods will be flooded with this pretty flower here are some reasons just to look at them and not
Here's why:

1. It takes 9 years after germination for a trillium to flower.
2. Each flower yields only ONE seed pod each year.
3. Each plant can live up to 25 years, and gains all of its nourishment for the remainder of the year during the spring when its leaves are present.
4. Trillium are propagated by ANTS. Not bees, the wind, or birds. The seeds are covered by a sweet coating which entices the ants to carry seeds underground into their colonies. After eating the coating, the seed germinates in the perfect subterranean environment.

Every trillium in the forest is essentially a little miracle. 🌱🌸❤

It’s so great to see our youth have fun in doing silly stuff like making a weather forecast for the day.

The best part is that there’s a Blizzard Warning on the sweat shirt for DQ.

O Little cabin in the woods, how you remind me of all the Workcrew youth, that accomplished this build years ago.

Outpost cabin is a spot to really uplug and enjoy God’s beautiful landscape outside and hear He is voice in the silence.

There was about 17 inches of snow that fell here at camp.
We are still trying to dig out. So thankful for Sarah who helped Mark and I with snow removal.
