Beaches are under double red flags, which means waters are closed. Surf and dangerous rip currents will continue to get worse through the weekend. PLEASE STAY OUT OF THE GULF!!! For weather alerts from Baldwin County Emergency Management Agency, you can text AlertBaldwin (all one word) to 888-777. The storm is still expected to make landfall in Louisiana or Sunday, but should be a large storm that impacts our area with Tropical Storm force winds, heavy rain, storm surge (3-5 feet), etc. Stay safe out there.

Alabama’s beaches will reopen at 5 p.m. Thursday to gatherings of fewer than 10 people, according to Alabama Gov. Kay Ivey’s reopening order released Tuesday.
The order also maintains strict social distancing guidelines of 6 feet or less from one another if people are from different households.

The State of Alabama has made the decision to close our beaches. Because of this and for the health of our community, we have made the decision to close our vacation rental properties. As a result:

Any reservations occurring between Friday, March 20th through Monday, April 6th will be cancelled and full refunds processed.
For guests currently staying with us, we are asking they depart before noon on Friday, March 20th. Any unused night stays will also be refunded.
