MY SLICE OF PARADISE.

Anyone who knows me, knows that I’ve always loved the beach. Whether it was for a quick weekend getaway or longer, after any amount of time that I could breathe that sea air and feel the sun on my face, I would come home feeling rejuvenated and equipped to tackle whatever challenges came my way. After too many years of relying on hotels, motels, and various rental properties to provide me with this much needed boost, I decided it was my turn to grab hold to my slice of paradise.

I am not kidding when I tell you I looked at over 100 different properties. Beach-front, bay-front, brand new, fixer-uppers, high-rises, low-rises, I saw them all. And then the realtor took me to Summerchase 705. Hello, heaven on earth. It was as close to perfect for me as I could hope for. It’s comfortable and clean, and modern and updated, and has all the high-end amenities in the condo and on the property that I (and most people) look for on a beach vacation. And, it’s well-decorated, too! You know that’s important to me. I’m happy with it as is, but, with each visit I make, I’m having fun adding little touches of decor and style that make the space feel a little more like me and a little less like the previous owners.
