The sleek kitchen is equipped with stainless steel KitchenAid appliances, including an electric wall oven with built-in a microwave and a size-able refrigerator. Start your m

orning with the high-quality coffee maker, end the night with some mixed drinks with the blender. The spacious master bedroom features a King-sized bed and floor-ceiling glass doors that open onto a scenic balcony overlooking the Gulf of Mexico, where you can take in the gentle sea breeze while reclining on the comfortable patio furniture. The spa-style master bath boasts a soothing jetted whirlpool bath, walk-in shower, large mirror, and double sink. The first guest bedroom showcases a restful Queen bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. The second guest bedroom showcases a restful King bed, a TV, and a private bathroom. The enclosed Media Room features two twin bunks and a TV. Caribe has multiple outdoor and indoor pools, lazy rivers, saunas, putting greens, tennis courts as well as well equipped fitness rooms. Check in time starts at 4pm and check out is at 10am. Come stay at Caribe with Signature Properties where we strive to be the best in guest services. We have someone on call 24/7 whether a light bulb has burned out or in the unfortunate event, an appliance goes out. You won't find a better rental company to stay with. Your Vacation is Our Priority and we will go above and beyond your expectations to make your stay the best it can be. Our guests come back year after year. Cancellation Policy:
A reservation deposit of 25% is due at time of reservation and will be applied to total amount. The balance of the total amount is due on or before 90 days (house) or 60 days (condo) from arrival. A 60 day notice (condos) or 90 day notice (houses) from arrival date is required for any cancellation to receive a refund of deposit. The $69 Reservation Fee is non-refundable and a Cancellation Fee of $100 will apply. If less than required notice is given, every effort will be made to re-rent the property. If we are unable to rent the property, no refunds will be due. If the property is re-rented at full rental rate, you will receive a refund less the Cancellation Fee and Non-Refundable Reservation Fee.
