Sugar Beach Condominiums is located just past the Gulf State Park as you enter Orange Beach! The condo has three full size pools (two beach side, and one is heated in cooler months) and a kiddie pool, tennis court, elevators, beachside restrooms and more. The most popular spot in peak months is the Sugar Shack— Located near the pool area, you can grab lunch, a snack, a cold drink, beach toys and more!

The master bedroom is downstairs. It features a king size bed, private balcony access, flat screen smart tv, double vanity and shower/bath combo with a closet and plenty of storage space!

Step on the balcony and enjoy a nice beach view and breeze off the ocean. We have a small seating area, a place to hang your towels, a pub style table and bar stools (not pictured) for extra dining space. We also have a beach closet with toys for your use during your stay.

A fully equipped kitchen AND washer and dryer are MUST HAVES for any family at the beach!
