We’re excited to show you what our refreshed balcony will look like next summer!! Brighter, lighter exterior coating …new blue enrty door…floor coating that’s easy on your feet.

Building A will shut down the end of August until June 1, 2025 as that’s when our transformation happens.

We’re investing heavily in the future of Summer House because we think it’s pretty special.

Our iconic yellow Summer House is getting a brighter face! ☀️ Between now & May 2025 we will have a whole new resort ☺️

They have started on the exterior of B building getting new railings, sliders, entry doors, windows, ceilings, removing all tiles from balconies & pavers from all walkways.

Our very own Temporary Sanity in Orange Beach will be getting a facelift in Fall/Winter 2024!
