Did you know that turtles are attracted to the color red? Me either until I painted the Brianna red. Ever since the turtle sightings have dramatically increased and then they tend to lumber on the surface longer or even drift towards us. On calm days they’ll even get close enough to let us pet them (NOT REALLY) lol

Another pretty day to take more permitted reefs into the gulf. We won’t talk about El Capitan taking a swim this morning though. It was brisk to say the least

While we don’t normally have many awesome customers this time of year we keep busy. This year we’ve acquired 100 chicken cages to deploy for artificial reefs. These are inspected by the state for cleanliness and then permitted within our vast reef zone. If these look familiar check the comment. If you know where any of these are, please reach out!

Dang I didn’t notice we hadn’t posted a pic since mid July! Had RC, Juan and Smittt join us for another 12hr today. I guess you can say they cooperated for them!
I think today marks the end of our summer season and I wanted to thank everybody that’s been with us this summer! The Star and Brianna will continue to fish through the fall and we’re looking forward to cooler temps, college football and maybe being in a tree somewhere. From your crews, Thank you!!
