It‘s the 11th anniversary of being the hosts and caretakers of unit 811 in the Phoenix X. We are the 3rd owners and this past summer the original owner was a guest for a couple days.

It’s a wrap on the 11th season. We are down for our annual August trip. We use this week to touch up paint, refresh a few things, eat the best seafood in the world, and relax on the beach. Thank you to all our guests! We hope you had a great time and will be back soon.

Thank you to all our guests this year. We’ve wrapped up our 10th summer season as your hosts and what a great season it was. We are down for our annual mid-August trip. The skies have been blue and the Gulf is clear and calm. Thanks to all that makes this a wonderful place.

Thank you to all our guests for a wonderful summer season. This week is the last busy week. Many schools start classes the 2nd week in August and things start to settle down.

We will be heading to our southern home next week to check on things, catch up with our Alabama friends, eat some fresh grouper, sip some bushwhackers, grill up a few Conecuh sausage links, and enjoy plenty of time on the beach. Again, thank you.
