We’ve been busy little bees working to get new condos rental ready! We just finished this precious 1 bedroom, 1 bath in Phoenix 4!! Our first guest is staying there now! We added quartz countertops and a quartz backsplash!!! And the entire condo, including cabinets got a fresh paint job! The owners are great too! They are always willing to make improvements. We manage several units for them. 💙

Check out this precious condo DIRECTLY ON THE BEACH. No walking across the street!!

PLEASE NOTE: We will take over management of this unit on March 1, 2024. At that time, we plan to make several improvements, so the condo will look more "refreshed" when you stay here!!
