Blue Springs state Park is the Florida manatee Orlando winter sanctuary and one of the best kayak tours in the Orlando area. Blue Springs is about forty minutes from the Orlando area and about an hour and thirty minutes from St Augustine. Our Blue Springs kayak tour is a great chance to get up close to the amazing Florida manatee and enjoy a beautiful kayak tour in this little wildlife paradise. Y

ou will be amazed of the natural splendor as we meander up beautiful Snake Creek which is part of the St Johns River Watershed. Alligators, turkeys, deer, bald eagles, owls and vast array of marsh birds call this manatee sanctuary their home. We offer this manatee experience as a public group or private kayak tour daily, from November through March during the active manatee season.

We had a Save the Manatees club adoptee show up on our tour wearing a tracker. They track the young manatees to make sure they are doing ok without Ma Ma. These poor little guys have no one to show them how to survive in this wild world.
