Characters, Classes, and the What our Game is like
To see what our game is like and what your options are to build characters you can download a PDF of our World Specific rules. Based on the widely used Accelerant system they offer many choices all built on a small set of basics to be easy to learn. Creating characters

On-line character creation will be handled through LARPortal. Characters can be new characters facing a new world, or existing characters who find themselves in a new world where things are similar but not always the same. The next year will be a time of exploration and discovery as you get your footing here and preserve your core values in the face of new challenges. We have families and young adults as players all the way to senior citizens. puzzles and role playing and physical challenges so there is something for everyone. We are committed to safety of our players and staff. As the coronavirus pandemic gets under control we hope to return to physical play starting with role playing only socially distanced events and moving on until we can do live combat again. Our campsite is ready to work with us once it is safe. Meanwhile play continues on line to give folks a chance to catch up with the current CP cap and to get involved with some of the current storylines active in the game. We will keep updating our pages and web site as things develop enough to make firm statements.

Event Schedule for the October 2024 event!

Players may not be on site until staff is present.‬
If you arrive earlier please wait‬ in the parking lot

‭On the NW side of Mapledale Road from left to right we have‬
‭ Parking Lot‬‭ Ranger’s House‬‭ Camp Entrance‬
‭
If the gate of the Parking lot is closed you should be able to open it to drive in.‬

‭Once staff are present we will let folks know on Discord and Facebook‬.
‬
‭Staff tend to arrive at the site around 4pm.
‭
Any who wish to help setup are welcome to lend a hand at this time.

After that any attendees who want to‬ arrive may.

‭ At which point depending on which staff are on site we will begin having players, staff, and NPCs begin setting up their cabins.‬
Once your cabin is set up please move your car to the parking lot.
Some vehicles will remain on site under immersion friendly covers however if you have not been told this please follow the directions to drive to the parking lot.

‭Check In begins between 6-7PM depending on when setup is finished.‬

New players or NPCs should let staff know if we need to arrange training and we‬ will offer a time either Friday night or Saturday morning.‬
‭
‬Opening ceremonies will happen between 8-9PM, which will be determined by how fast the tavern setup is.

After a short break following opening ceremonies, the duration of which will be announced there, game on will begin.

Happy Wednesday! We have 26 people registered which means we only need 4 more to hit the next tier! So if you’ve been considering coming to an event, or have a friend who has, now is a great time to sign up for Friday!

And as always, if PCing isn’t your thing, or you want to learn the rules before playing, or for any reason NPCing would fit better for you, we always love extra npcs so if this is you or a friend let us know so the kitchen knows to cook enough to feed you as well!
