End of the trip report, and yes, I timed out again. Oh well, I covered the main points which essentially boil down to; get out there, wear yourself out, and take chances with the people you meet. That's where the connections happen. Serendipity and synchronicity will rise up to meet you.
Enjoying Highway 99 in British Columbia. I must have turned off the camera by accident. D'Oh! Oh well. Spectacular road, though after Whistler the traffic made it less fun, but the scenery remained spectacular. Truly alpine type scenery, and even a few true hairpins! It kind of reminds me of the Route du Napoleon in France. Oh, and the bugs were fierce where I was stopped.
Next journey begins tomorrow! Big trip, big miles, probably my only international trip (Canada) this year. Heading up the coast.
It's been almost three weeks since my last post. Here's an update.
Getting ready for a scouting trip. Stay turned. It should be good.

Welcome to May, 2024! Getting ready for the kickoff journey for this year.
From Iona to Fort Dodge - How did I get here? Update on September journeys, and the double reunion tour. 😁
From Iona. The pilgrimage was so good, and the weather in Scotland was so great that I didn't get around to posting this video, nor recording a follow up. Working on addressing that now. Bottom line: go on a pilgrimage, whether to Iona, or to any other place that calls to you. It will be worth your time.

Sixth day, but first video upload. Today feels like a good day to post. I've reunited with beloved friends and family. The scenery has dazzled and the roads have amused. Long days have taken a toll and delivered a gift: the quiet, curious mind. It's a wonder. #transformation #motorcycles #herosjourney #pilgrimage #bigdays #meditation #change #flowstate #wonder

What one tool can you employ to get the greatest benefit from your pilgrimage experience? A journal. Simple, humble, mundane even. Using a journal in your planning to write down your thoughts and hopes and even your fears can make the whole experience more powerful. Then keep using that journal throughout your pilgrimage. Write down what happens, who you meet, how you feel, whatever comes to mind. Once your pilgrimage is over, keep journaling, reflect on your experiences, integrate the experience into your life going forward. #transformation #motorcycles #herosjourney #personaltransformation #pilgrimage #journal #journaling #integration
