Number 1 question, Why should I use a travel agent?
I just booked a family for Mickey’s Not So Scary and they decided a week after we booked to add 1 more person, but now the party date is sold out 😩 However, she booked with me as her travel agent so not only was I able to get her that extra ticket it also saved her 2 calls and over 2 1/2 hours of wait times and transfers with Disney, because that’s my job! And best of all she payed the same as if she had booked herself!

Good morning! Today I am doing a Universal Studios training at Universal! So far lovin’ it! It was easy breezy getting into the parking garage and security with no lines (and I’m here close to park opening) and then greeted by this delightful singing and clapping employee and the security guards even jumped in to clap and sing! Loving the vibe over here- stay tuned for more and hope you have a fabulous morning!
