Imagine going on a trip, you get to the airport and….
BAM!! 😭😡💔❌⛔️🌎 You are not allowed to board, you cannot continue with your travel plans and the worse part: You lose everything you paid for your vacation because (not your beautiful blessing with drawing skills)….but because you didn’t have travel insurance!!! 😳🤬😱🤯
At GTD Travel we will make sure that your travel plans go as smooth as possible! Here are some tips we go over with our clients and we want to share them with you today! FOR FREE! Do you know that having a Travel Advisor does not make your vacation more expensive??? Instead, we look for deals not accessible to the public and you save more without paying us booking fees, like on the travel portals you use?? But we can talk about that another day…
Here are some important travel tips:
1️⃣ Before you plan a trip: Make sure your passport’s expiry date is at least 6 months or more from the date you plan on coming back home.
2️⃣ PICK A GOOD TRAVEL ADVISOR!!! Eehemm!!…this team right here 👉🏼 GTD Travel 👈🏼
3️⃣ How do you know you picked a good Travel Advisor? When they whisper in your ear: I recommend travel insurance for your trip because….
GET IT!!! It is not going to break your bank, it’s not cake!! You will not feel guilty for making the decision of buying it!! Trust a pro! Eehemm! That’s us too 😎Make sure your policy covers rescheduling/cancelling due to issues with passport/travel documents.
4️⃣ Make sure you to check the travel confirmation you get from your Travel Advisor…is the name on your passport the same as your passport? Your travel dates and cities are correct?….if all looks good, it’s time to pack!!…if you find discrepancies, call your Travel Advisor right away…I can assure you it will not be this team up here ☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼☝🏼
5️⃣ Now you are a month away from that special day….Go check your passport and travel plans you world adventurer, yes!! YOU ❤️😍 and you can even check your suitcase again!!! ✔️✔️ ✔️ The Passport Agency’s current processing time for expedited service is 2-3 weeks (they charge an additional $60 for this) You still got time if you missed the passport expiration tip above or your little artist did something like the picture below!
6️⃣ Time is ticking until take off you future world conquerer you!! 🧐 Back to business, We are now on the 3rd day before your travel date! Check your passport! You still may be able to go in person and get an emergency passport!! BUT, I cannot continue giving you tips here…running out is space to write!…..Now, are you sure again you don’t need a Travel Advisor??? 😏😏

Our favorite when visiting London!!!….
Montcalm is a historic luxury hotel by Marriott. They offer complementary WiFi. And it’s by far the cleanest hotel we have been to while visiting UK. The staff is very nice and is close to famous landmarks….
