The simple answer: because I love it! But there’s more to the story…

Surely I help families plan their magical vacations to different destinations around the world. But Disney is different 🫶🏼✨🤍

Growing up in Southern California, Disneyland was more than just a theme park to me—it was a place where my family created lasting memories, where magic felt real, and where I learned to dream big. Living so close, we visited the parks weekly, and I’ll never forget the excitement in my heart as we passed through those iconic gates. Disney was always a place of joy, wonder, and togetherness, and it became a part of who I am.

After high school, I had the incredible opportunity to work at Disneyland, spending years experiencing the magic firsthand—this time, from the other side of the gates. It was an unforgettable chapter of my life, and I’m grateful for every moment spent helping guests from all over the world experience the same joy I once did.

Now, I’m blessed to live in Orlando, where I’m a Walt Disney World passholder and continue to immerse myself in the magic of Disney. With the parks in my backyard, I’m constantly reminded of how Disney inspires unforgettable memories.

It’s not “just a place to sleep”—resort amenities, comfort, and convenience play a huge role in your Disney magic. Unless cheap hotels are truly your thing, this is one place I wouldn’t cut corners!

🎨✨ Epcot’s Festival of the Arts is back from January 17 to February 24, 2025, and it’s giving main character energy!

Of all the Epcot festivals, this one right here is my favorite! It’s so vibrant, full of amazing food, and just so fun. I love walking around to every single booth and seeing the different styles of art. It’s like walking through a massive Disney Art museum. HEAVEN! 🎶

P.S. Pro Tip: while planning your Walt Disney World vacation- pick a time frame during one of Epcot’s amazing festivals. You WONT regret it!

1900 Park Fare at Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort & Spa is a breakfast experience filled with charm and character! Characters can rotate, so you never know who you’ll see, but we were delighted by visits from Cinderella, Tiana, Aladdin, & Mirabel.

When I picture the perfect day with my family, it’s filled with moments that have become traditions over the years. It’s the belly-aching laughter on a rollercoaster, their dizzy faces after spinning on the teacups, and the amazement in their eyes during the fireworks and projections. It’s the ice cream mustaches from Mickey bars that never seem to go out of style, no matter how old they get. Disney has been part of my boys’ lives since they were babies, and even now at 14 and 10, it’s where they laugh the hardest, smile the widest, and make memories that stay with us long after we’ve left.

But it wasn’t always this seamless. Our early trips weren’t all sunshine and pixie dust. There were learning curves, tired moments, and plenty of adjusting to what worked for our family and honestly what worked for Tristan. Over time, I learned that the “perfect trip” isn’t about packing everything in or following a strict plan. It’s about knowing what makes your family happiest, having a good foundation, be prepared about resources & accommodation, and being flexible enough to enjoy the magic as it unfolds.

When I first started planning my own family vacations, I thought choosing the cheapest resort made sense—after all, ‘we won’t spend much time in the room.’ But once I started traveling I quickly realized how much the right resort choice can transform your trip.
