It’s been an extraordinary week here at BACH Luxury Travel. Our founder and President, Cynthia Madsen, was named as a Celestial Club winner yet again. This is an incredible achievement for our small business to be named as one of the top 50 producers in the world for the Marriott Luxury Collection hotels.

We were also informed that Travel Experts was amongst one of the first travel agencies in the world to be endorsed by the prestigious . This recognition is based on the vetting of superior service and we are so proud of our affiliation and this incredible honor that we share.

We arrived in Barbados yesterday and were instantly swept into the relaxed spirit of the Caribbean 🌴This boutique property, where every room has an ocean view, was a perfect choice for our pre-cruise stay before we board our Seabourn cruise with the top luxury suppliers from around the globe.

Our final nights in Paris were spent at the stunning and we loved every moment. A hotel that housed royalty alongside Salvador Dali & Picasso… it combines classical French design with influences of surrealism. Every detail is meticulously created to create a true five-star Parisian experience for guests. This well-located property was the perfect finale to our visit. Our team had a fantastic stay and site visit at in The Golden Triangle of Paris. This hotel has everything from a fantastic spa, great food and beverage options, and modern rooms with thoughtfully-laid out details. Clients have been loving this property since opening a little over a year ago and we have many more checking in over the next few months. The highlight for us was the incredible penthouse with Eiffel Tower views… pretty incredible! ✈️🥂🍾

Our team started our 10 year anniversary of BACH Travels (one year late due to Covid) at the stunning . While two of our team haven’t joined us yet due to Hurricane Ian, we had decided to leave ahead of the storm. It has truly been difficult to enjoy ourselves as we see the destruction amongst friends, family and neighbors. Our thoughts are with Florida as they go through the long recovery of restoring our beautiful state. 💗

We started with a super serious game of Travel & World Jeopardy with an array of fabulous prizes organized by ✨🏆Then, we cracked into our list of trips and spent the rest of the day laughing, collaborating, and planning travels for dozens of incredible clients. We are so thankful to have this awesome team of inspiring women at BACH and can’t wait to show you what we have up our sleeves in the coming months!

After a week on expedition, the Madsen family’s first photos from their Arctic Circle adventure are trickling in! Seeing the polar bears and learning more alongside naturalists about how to help their future was a dream for these two girls. Sailing on the state of the art vessel was an incredible experience as sustainability meets tourism in every meticulous detail. More updates to come! 🐻‍❄️❄️🌊🛳

Our team visit to wine country continued with a fabulous stay 🍷🍷 this property epitomizes the modern yet thoughtful presence of an environmentally-minded luxury resort in the heart of Napa Valley. Our team was lucky enough to experience in-room pampering such as the bath butler turn down service and in-room massages between busy hotel site inspections and winery visits. Every hotel in this region is extremely unique and we are thrilled our team was able to see the latest updates firsthand to make sure we are recommending the best fit for each client’s unique travel style. 🍷

I N C R E D I B L E !!! Our team’s site visit has been nothing short of incredible. This wine country resort, only one year young, has perfectly placed itself among a mature, existing landscape of oak trees and vintage vines. The meticulous and thoughtful stewardship of this California land is apparent in every detail here . We are thrilled to partner with this fabulous property and are enjoying all that it has to offer! Bonus of the day was a fabulous private tasting arranged by the fab team at Montage. The wine, the hospitality, the views had us captivated from the moment we arrived & we know our clients will love it here, too!

Welcome to Park City, !! We were able to enjoy an exclusive sneak preview of this fabulous slopeside addition to Canyons Village in Park City. Gorgeous guest rooms and suites, a rooftop pool deck and après lounge with views of the slopes, dining venues such as Kita, a Japanese fusion restaurant, Disco Pizza opening later this season for family fun in the basement, a lively Mexican restaurant in the works, and a modern, airy, yet cozy lobby bar with stellar cocktails and delicious bites. We love the Pendry brand and are excited to watch this hotel wow clients for both winter fun, summer adventures, and everything in between!

Our falconry experience was incredible! One of our favorite parts about travel is how it can push you out of your comfort zone. Some of our team members are bird lovers while others… not as much! It was a fulfilling and inspiring experience to be up close and personal with the majestic Mikey the hawk & Scout the Eurasian Eagle Owl with a wonderful guide. Truly a special morning for our team and we know clients would enjoy it, too!

Wow, what a start to 2022! Despite never ending obstacles in the travel world, we find a way. Our clients find a way to safely go for that trip because of the timing, how old the kids are, how old their parents are, schedules, ideal weather for the destination…despite everything the time is now for many. We research, book, pivot, all while our clients have been so understanding and supportive. This was a record week of referrals for the team and we are feeling very optimistic and thankful! ✨✨✨✨✨✨

Hours of meticulous planning could not guarantee this phenomenon would appear during their stay. To see it happen and to know how excited our clients are is everything to us.
