Our four bedroom, three bathroom luxury villa is situated at Southern Dunes Golf and Country Club overlooking the 18th fairway. Southern Dunes is a gated access community, whose Championship golf course is a renowned Golf Digest 4½ star rated course. As well as the Clubhouse Southern Dunes has a communal pool, tennis courts, park and playground and is just minutes away from

We are still checking the damage to our Beautiful Villa, there are a few bits of damage and no power, but nothing that can't be fixed. Our thoughts go out to those less fortunate, and together we will be welcoming people back to our Sunshine State soon again.

Irma shifted course and went directly up the middle of the state and right over Southern Dunes. Although there is a lot of debris on the course we feel very fortunate as the course handled the 10" of rain with very few washouts. We did lose some tiles from the clubhouse & soffit. The golf school building took the biggest hit as the tin roof was completely torn off. We will be closed tomorrow, but hopefully opening the restaurant on Wednesday. The course will be closed Wednesday as well, hopefully opening 9 holes on Thursday.

We love our Villa and it always makes us smile when we hear from one of our guests, just how much they enjoyed staying there too :)

This is a beautiful well maintained villa holiday home. We were a party of 6 and had a wonderful holiday here. The house itself is modern, spotless, with every convenience and amenity. Bedrooms were spacious, beds and bedding were sooo comfortable, bathrooms had great showers, loads of house and pool towels. Living areas were very comfortable, fab huge TV, free WiFi was a real bonus! Garage had a washer/drier, pool table etc., BBQ, bikes but the star of the show was the pool. We took it heated which was a bit of a luxury but it made it all the better! The pool deck looks out onto the stunning golf course where you have early morning sun until 4-5pm, then the rear of the house is an oasis of shade and cool. Nearby Walmart and fast food outlets for every convenience, but Publix (2 miles away) is nicer and more like M&S. Thank you for letting us avail of your lovely home. We really enjoyed our stay. Sara

Dream Villa on 18th tee of Southern Dunes:

The villa had everything you could need to ensure that whatever type of holiday or however many are in your party your stay in Florida would be of the highest standard. There is nothing that we found that did not meet with our approval and we shall definitely be booking back into the villa next year. It is ideally located for Disney parks, restaurants, golf or whatever you came to Florida for. All the rooms were clean and we'll maintained. Rooms were of good size and the layout of the villa was very nice. Overall this villa will enhance your enjoyment of your holiday and I would recommend it to all my friends and family without hesitation!
