DVC Resale Market Average Prices – February 2025 📉

Inventory is rising, resulting in lower prices & more opportunities for BUYERS! As of March 4th, 2025, there are 545 active resale listings—a 10% increase from November 2024.

KEY PRICE DROPS:
🔻 Old Key West: Down $8 per point to $84
🔻 BoardWalk: Now $122 per point, down from $133 in November
🔻 Grand Californian: Dropped to $220 per point, continuing its decline
🔻 Polynesian: Down to $158 per point, as Island Tower excitement levels off

TAKEAWAY: More inventory = more choices, better deals, and negotiation power!

February 2025 ROFR Update: Grand Floridian Buybacks on the Rise!

ROFR activity remained strong in February, continuing the most active start to the year we’ve seen since 2022!

Key Takeaways:
✅ Animal Kingdom leads the way again with 9 contracts bought back, bringing its total to 51 buybacks since August 2024.
✅ Grand Floridian saw a big jump in buyback prices, with 5 contracts taken between $155-$163 per point—a 24.4% increase from last month’s high of $131.
✅ Old Key West remains a safe bet, with only 1.4% of contracts bought back.

💡 What does this mean? If Disney continues to buy back Grand Floridian contracts at these levels, we could see an impact on resale pricing in the months ahead. Animal Kingdom remains the most targeted resort, so buyers should be prepared when submitting offers.

With the capacity to accommodate up to 4 or 5 guests, Deluxe Studios are typically the most popular DVC room type to book. Besides costing the least amount of points, they are available at nearly every DVC resort (except for the Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness).
