"DVC Revises Rules for Point Transfers"

One of the many ways in which DVC offers flexibility is through point transfers. With a transfer, DVC Members can essentially send their DVC points to another DVC Member who can then use the points as their own. This can be a great option for Members who wish to pool their points with friends or family to book larger accommodations!

"DVC Resale Average Sales Prices for December 2024"

2024 ends just where it started, with the blended average price across all DVC resorts sitting at $126 per point—exactly the same as December 2023. While the overall market remained flat, there were some big winners and losers this year.

Key Highlights:
Grand Californian saw a 12.5% drop, falling from $281 to $246 per point, reflecting softer demand for this exclusive resort.

Polynesian Villas & Bungalows rose 7.75%, climbing from $155 to $167 per point, thanks to the excitement around the new Island Tower.

With Annual Dues season here, more contracts are hitting the market, making early 2025 the perfect time for buyers to find their dream contract!
