It is self care Sunday! What does self care look like for you today? For me, it's sleeping in, reflecting on good times, staying in gratitude, drinking mint tea and doing my stretches.
I was so grateful to travel with my friend and business partner recently. We got to explore a new country together to service our clients better. I am grateful to my husband for understanding when I need a break! My heart remains full when I reflect on the blessings in my life. It is so easy to forget how blessed we are because life is full of distractions and things meant to rob us of joy. Stay blessed and meditate on the positive - you have joy and you have peace 🕊️

My unforgettable experience in #communa13 was nothing short of amazing! Tourist are safe and its now a peaceful community full of talented artists and dance groups!
As a Jamaican, I often wonder why we don't have tours of our #innercity! So many of our #Jamaicancelebrities and famous athletes are from the inner city. Why don't we have tours of #trenchtown where #BobMarley lived and has his recording studio? Our island has so much rich history that the 1/2 the world doesn't know about.
While I was in #Brazil, I visited the #favela #ghetto there and of course there is a tour!
