Specializing in exquisite, one of a kind concrete designs, Concrete Options is a trailblazing company with a rich pool of creative ideas and talent.

With over 16 years of experience in the design and construction industries, Concrete Options was founded by designer and concrete specialist, Sandro Pelicie Perez. Sandro, born and raised in Santiago de Cuba, since childhood, had a love for sculpting; wanting to use his hands to reflect the beauty of the diversity and dichotomy that existed around him.

Through many hardships along the way, from extreme poverty and homelessness to being admitted into a mental institution, Perez was determined to see his dreams materialized. His first glimpse of that realization came when he was called upon, by the government, to build a monument for famed military leader, Antonio Maceo Grajales in 1996.

Two years later, in 1998, Perez would find himself making a move from Cuba to Kingston, Jamaica, where he would continue to display his creations at exhibitions around the country. Ultimately, Perez would combine his creative abilities and vision to establish his own company, in 2001. Not only was he sought after for his art, but Sandro’s skills to created exotic themed outdoor living spaces, luxurious wall finishes and unique decorative concrete floors were in high demand. He also became a regular on television, working on Island Dreams – a local home makeover show.

In 2012, Sandro would move once more, to Orlando, Florida, where he currently resides with his family. In September 2013, he launched Concrete Options and the company continues to make its mark by creating decorative concrete finishes for walls and floors with luxury finishes such as Venetian Plaster and Tadelakt.

Our work has been featured, not only on television, but in print publications like Architectural Digest, Health Home and Garden Magazine and The Jamaica Gleaner to name a few. Our work is also displayed in top prize winning homes for the ‘Parade of Homes’ for Phil Kean Design Group.
