The house is beautiful, pool/hot tub was a huge hit for my family. I loved being 5 min away from Walmart and other stores. We had a great week long stay!

Very comfortable Villa, great location
This was the third property we've used in the Davenport area. It was centrally located in a nice neighbourhood. If you're into Disney, it's 20 minutes away. Very nice Pool and Spa. Four bedrooms although one is more suitable for kids. Nicely equipped kitchen and comfortable furniture. TVs in almost every room, including a large screen TV in a centrally located parlour. Owners were very accommodating and personable. Superb service from the property manager who dealt with the few minor hiccups we had quickly and professionally. We enjoyed our stay very much.

“The place was so nice and everything I could ask for. It was about 20-40 minutes from major attractions. But it has everything you need right by the house Would stay here again! Her neighbors were so nice as well. My car battery gave out and they gave me a jump, and guided me to the nearest auto zone”

Pablo - A cozy house . Pool table and Air hockey definitely a plus. Pool and spa clean and worth it. Twenty min’s away from Disney and great area .
People friendly and host is awesome to get in contact with.

“Sharon’s place was very nice and clean she has lots of dishes and towels everything was amazing it’s very spacious the pool is very clean and big. I would definitely stay there again the neighbor’s are very nice and friendly quite neighborhood. The home is stunning the master bedroom is a plus with big open space so you should definitely stay at Sharon’s place.”

Loved our stay here! Home was very spacious and comfortably accommodated our family of 6. Pool and hot tub were perfect to keep the children entertained along with some bonus books and toys in kid’s room. Highly recommend.
