TRAFFIC LIGHTS OUT: Some traffic lights may have lost power. If you come to a traffic light that is out, treat it as a four-way STOP.
The first vehicle to reach the intersection goes first. If two arrive at the same time, the driver on the left yields to the driver on the right. Not sure? Just yield and be patient.
