This villa is perfectly situated just off highway 27 for access to all the local attractions; it has a god size swimming pool that is private and not overlooked and has sun all day , the bedrooms are of good proportions and the kitchen is well equipped with dishwasher, refrigerator , cooker and microwave. There is a washer and dryer. There are 3 double bedrooms,2 internal dining areas, 2 bathrooms (1 en-suite) and walk in shower, his and hers basins with an option for another 2 people to use the sofa bed in the den area- maximum sleeping is for 8 persons. Double garage and private drive.

Distance to Magic Kingdom ( Disney ) 22minutes

Universal studios 23 mins

Sea World 35 minutes

Distance to East Coast and West Coast beaches approx. 1. 5 hours

Distance to Kennedy Space Centre approx.1 hour

To enjoy this villa we strongly recommend that you hire a car , there is access to tax services but realistically a car is the best option because there are so many places to visit; car hire can be organised either upon arrival at the airport or in advance of your trip – the villa is slightly nearer Orlando International Airport ( about 35 minutes) but if you prefer to travel to Sanford Airport that is approx. 50 minutes away – both airports offer all the major car hire firms

There is a range of local supermarkets within a only few minutes drive including a Wallmart ( ASDA) superstore

Smoking inside the property is not permitted but we have no objection to smokers using the pool and outside areas

Costs and deposits

A deposit of 20% is required to secure your booking, this ins non- refundable and the balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure – for your security payment can be made via Pay Pal

The weekly prices are :

£550 low season

£700 high season

High season applies to school term holidays; as these are variable we can confirm a price to you dependent upon dates
