Who's Ready To Try To Make Boating History! 🙋‍♀️

We are going for the Guinness World Record for the Largest Boat Parade Attempt AGAIN!

We learned a lot from the first round and we have A LOT more time to plan. We are waiting on the Regatta Permit to be finalized and then we will announce the date for the attempt. It will be a Saturday in 2022. That is all we can say for now but we will release more details as it develops.....just plan on joining!!! We NEED EVERYONE to participate so we can bring this record to !!!!!

❓Where is this unit❓It is located in the heart of Osage Beach, on Passover Road. We are 1/4 mile east of the Grand Glaize Bridge and 1/4 mile west of the Factory Outlet Mall. We are centrally located to numerous activities whether you are traveling by land or water. 4m Vacation Rental's guests are never far from shopping, boating, dining, or any of the other fun adventures that await you at the Lake of the Ozarks. We are just minutes away from the 110 Store Factory Outlet Mall, 5 miles from the famous Bagnell Dam Strip, and 7 miles from Big Surf/Big Shot Water and Amusement Park. For those who don't plan to explore the city, we are located right at the water's edge for fishing, swimming, or just for watching beautiful sunsets.

By water, we are located at the 1 Mile Marker of the Grand Glaize Arm (19-mile marker on the main channel). We are on the State Park side of the Grand Glaize Bridge. There are several marinas, gas docks, and places to rent boats or jet skis nearby. Our guests have also been enjoying the new "No-Wake" Zone that covers the main channel outside our cove on weekends from Memorial Day to Labor Day.

Newly renovated condo at the famous Robins Resort! This one bedroom two bath unit sits right in the lake with main channel views. Close to everything with wonderful amenities. Dock slips are available to rent or you can use the easy to navigate boat ramp on property and trailer parking for free! The ramp at Robin’s Resort was built to create a flat and open boat launch so even large boats can launch without problems. Our ramp extends out into the lake at a gradual rate and drops the boat into deep water allowing you to avoid hazards that could damage your boat. Overall, the ramp is easily accessible, and trailer parking is available next to the manager's unit.

Robins Resort is right by the state park so offers a much more natural view of wonderful Lake of the Ozarks. There are two pools on property, a hot tub, swimming beach, grills, and laundry facilities. The Point Pool is measuring 25’ x 50’ and overlooking the lake, it is an ideal place to spend a hot summer afternoon. Hot Tubs seat 6 - 8 people, and are located in the pool areas.

For those who plan to fish on shore, our guests tell us that there are some great spots located just off our point. We have everything from catfish to crappie. Largemouth bass can be found up and down the water front, and numerous crappie beds are submerged along the shore. If your fishing lasts into the evening, you will be treated to an array of colors glowing of the water from the beautiful sunsets. There truly is nothing quite like it.

After you catch all your fish, you can clean them outdoors at our fish cleaning station. The newly remodeled station has two sinks with running water. This area is well lit at night, so there is no concern for ending your excursion before sunset. There is plenty of room too, multiple persons can work at the station together.

The condo has one bedroom with a king bed and attached bath and offers a pull out couch with a queen mattress for two additional people. Cook in the kitchen or grill out on the grills and enjoy dinner on the private screened in deck watching the boats and wildlife!
