If two or more guests are under the age of 5, we will allow up to 10 guests per villa. All linens and towels furnished. The kitchen has a stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, blender, and all the cooking utensils you will need. This stand alone villa in Osage Beach is located in a resort style community and has been completely renovated over the past two winters. The unique, treehouse style, lake view home features 3 levels, with 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Add in the pull-out couch and it sleeps 8. You will also find a fully equipped kitchen, dining area, living room, two decks, a gas grill, and main floor laundry. A community pool, playground, swim dock, boat dock, boat launch, & trailer parking provide everything else you need. Located in a quiet cove on the 17 mm, but minutes away from stores, groceries, restaurants, and nightlife. We still have a few other dates open on the calendar as well. Book before they’re gone!
