We attended the EAA Air Venture night airshow last night and it was so spectacular! The EAA organization really did an amazing job! We are so lucky to have this event in Oshkosh every year. And it was so well organized, clean, and friendly. We also like watching the airshow from the daytime airshow from the lake. Congratulations EAA to your 70th anniversary!

This fun day is part of the Safe Boating Campaign, a global awareness effort that encourages boaters to make the most of their boating adventure by being responsible.

Great to hear the Lakefly Writers Conference is coming back to Oshkosh in May 2022, having been cancelled the last few years due to Covid. I'm signing up and hope to meet new writer friends. I'll bring my electric boat for river boat tours to visiting writers to show them the beauty of "Oshkosh On the Water". Let's hope the weather is nice!

Hi we're Bob and Susan, owners of Elektra Cruise and we want to share a little story behind the company and us.

The story: Susan, an Oshkosh native, grew up working at the Williams family business, Fox River Marina and renting boats at the Pioneer Harbor. She met her husband, Bob Everhard in Miami Beach, where they owned a large yacht charter fleet and brokerage on Miami’s South Beach, the Florida Keys, and Bahamas for 25 years. After “one too many” hurricanes in Florida, the couple moved back to Oshkosh.
