Dinner and drinks at Dublin's Irish Pub, expertly handled by Brianna + Josh, Dublin’s fun server and bartender team! Pat and Dawn literally ate everything on the menu 🙂

We happily appetized with the Roast Beef Crostini, on a baguette with creamy horseradish, and Cucumber Tomato Salad. But then it got crazy!🙂

Dublin’s Grilled Salmon was served with Roasted Potatoes so amazing, that Pat immediately nominated them for the Potato Hall of Fame! 🥔 The Salmon and Asparagus-excellent! Creamy Chicken Florentine-perfect!

For dessert, Chocolate Pudding Oreo and a Dublin’s Shamrock Shake, both just the right size. ☘️

Kudos to Dublin’s chef for a memorable night out! 🧑‍🍳

Gabe's Wisconsin Kitchen and Tavern just Made Our Day with their incredible Pear and Blueberry Salad! This was Dawn’s first choice for lunch when the Oshkosh Restaurant Week menu was published, and what a winner! It’s a classic salad, right down to the Maple Praline Vinaigrette! Oshkoshians–this item is only available during Oshkosh Restaurant Week…so giddy-up 🙂

Gabe’s is a 95% scratch kitchen, which makes for some amazing flavors! Pat devoured the Chopped Cheese Steak Sandwich–made with beer cheese–then washed it down with Lake Louie WNC Badger Club Amber! Boom! When was the last time you had this much fun by 2pm?

Just when you think it can’t get any better, owner Steve and chef Cody completely slay us with Cody’s Caramel Crème Brûlée…... .and Lemon Raspberry Cheesecake!!!!

Steve’s retired Mom + Dad come in every week to bake their special recipe homemade cheesecake! Pat loves Gabe's cheesecake 🙂

Hello Fox River Brewing Company - Oshkosh!

Spoiler alert! Pat has the Hughes Chocolate Toffee Stout experience of a lifetime!🍻🍫

This was our maiden voyage with FRBC’s Famous Krunch Tenders; now we know why the chicken crossed the road—to get to the 3 amazing dipping sauces! 🐔

Soup d’Jour was a fun surprise…on our way to incredible Prime Rib & Cajun Fish N Chips. For $29 this is a lot of food, friends! 🥣 🥩

Pat enjoyed dessert so much that he made his 1st food video: Hughes Chocolate Toffee Stout meet Cannoli and Cheesecake! (check it out in comments!)

Pat relived his San Diego days with the perfect Rolled Chicken Taquitos + a Modelo Negra! Best part was talking Baja 1000 endurance racing with Axel + Alex!

“Bar 430 slayed us with 3 courses of awesome-ness! Imagine diving into Seared Scallops w/ Beurre Blanc, eating every bite of a Salmon with Truffle Risotto and Roasted Rainbow Carrots, and then-- Creme Brûlée!”

Pat's Pork Tenderloin with Garlic Mashed Potatoes and Roasted Brussels Sprouts paired perfectly with an on-tap New Belgium 1985 Mango IPA.

Hudak & the City is back with a visit to La Baja ! 🌮

The Carrillo Family opened La Baja on January 24, 2024, and are coming up on their first anniversary + will be participating in their first Oshkosh Restaurant Week!

Their focus is Tijuana-style food since the family is from the Tijuana, Baja California area. Alex is striving to bring the authentic food that he learned to cook from his parents to Oshkosh!
