$125 per night up to 8 people
$150 per night for 9-12 people
$550 per week up to 8 people
$600 per week for 9 -12 people
**Minimum of a 2 night stay**
NOTE: There is a $100 cleaning fee or the option to clean yourself with all supplies provided. The cleaning fee includes the laundry of the sheets and towels, vacuuming, and cleaning of the bathrooms. All parties are responsible for washing dishes, pots & pans, and trash removal, (this is not included in the $100 cleaning fee). All parties are responsible for providing their own water and paper supplies. Deposit Policy
50% deposit is due at registration, and the balance is due one week prior to check-in

Cancelation Policy
One week or more prior to your stay you get 50% of deposit back, and anything less the deposit will be lost. In cases of severe winter weather, where road to cabin is too dangerous to drive, money will be refunded. You may contact Jay, Gabe, or Shannon Zellers with questions or to schedule your vacation.
