ars. We have rented many cabins across Minnesota and completely fell in love with the cabin at Roosevelt Pines. The cabin was everything we expected and more. When it became available to purchase, we knew deep down that it was meant to be! We have enjoyed making memories with our family and we want to provide that same experience for others. T.R.'s Lodge is located near Roosevelt Lake, which was named for President Theodore Roosevelt. We named the cabin T.R.'s Lodge in honor of President Theodore Roosevelt as well. We love his whole-hearted devotion to family life and his passion for the Great Outdoors. T.R.'s Lodge at Roosevelt Pines is located 1 3/4 miles from Outing. Luscher's Park, located just east of Outing, has playground equipment, restrooms, fishing pier, and a public boat landing to both Roosevelt & Lawrence Lakes. Grocery/Liquor, Gas/Convenience, Bar/Restaurants, Gift Shops/Ice Cream, and Land 'O Lakes Marine Rentals. Just ¼ mile from Grant-in-Aid Snowmobile Trail, a public 4-mile loop for walking or riding plus approximately 5,000 acres of public hunting & forest lands. Outdoor recreation opportunities include hiking, cross country skiing, and mountain biking on the Washburn Lake ski trails, the solitude area at Washburn Lake, and the Moose River ATV Trail. If you'd like to use the cabin as your base, you can explore the Brainerd/Crosslake Area as well as Grand Rapids. Area links:

General information

T.R.'s Lodge at Roosevelt Pines is ideal for Family Vacations, Romantic Getaways, Girls Retreats, and Outdoor Enthusiasts. Sleeps 4-5. Queen bed and a trundle bed (bottom bed can be raised to the same level as the main bed allowing you to use it as a two person bed) are located in the loft. Guests provide their own bedding, linens, dish clothes and kitchen towels. Guests are required to clean before they leave. There will be an inspection after each party leaves. The cabin is stocked with dishware, coffee pot, Keurig, toaster and crockpot. You'll be pleased to receive a Welcome Basket of K-cups, Teas, Hot Cocoa, and Popcorn. Firewood is available for the fire pit as well as steak grills, cast iron square pie iron, and campfire roasting sticks. The cabin also has a gas grill and picnic table. For your entertainment, we have a TV/DVD and DVD library, Wii, CD player, assortment of books, playing cards, puzzles and games as well as backyard games. Weekdays are $75/night, 3 night minimum. Weekends are $249. Check-in Time is 2:00 pm and Check-out Time is 12:00 p.m. This is to allow for our caretaker to inspect the cabin and grounds. Reservations are required.
