Just a few miles southwest of Lake Murray, this luxury lake house was built with summer lake entertainment in mind. Situated on 70 scenic acres, we created this beautiful structure to bring friends and family together to gather in nature, which is so desperately needed after the trying times we have all lived through.

The interior of House #1 features an open floor plan centered around the cozy Living Room. A large kitchen with peninsula bar overlooks the Living Room, as well Dining Room. There are three bedrooms downstairs each with a full bathroom. Follow the stairs up to find the Bunk Room complete with six twin bunk beds, Smart TV and plenty of kids games. The exterior of the first structure is a tasteful modern farmhouse with clean lines and a classic appearance. The back yard is built for fun times with an outdoor living area complete with teak outdoor furniture, a big stone fireplace and a 55" Smart TV. You'll also find a commercial grade gas grill, outdoor dining table and a hot tub, all under the huge wrap-around porch. Outside the covered porch, the entire area features curbed granite gravel and even a synthetic turf area ready for backyard games.
