We spy ❄️❄️❄️ on the horizon!! Those temps make us cold but so happy! The cabin is available next week and weekend (for the 3 day weekend!) Escape the hustle and bustle of the city and simply enjoy the quiet and calm and peace that comes with a vacay here🌲☃️

You know the phrase the kitchen is the heart of the home? Well, we really, really love the kitchen at the cabin 😍 All that beautiful wood and a variety of lighting options to fit your mood make it warm and welcoming.
There are 4 barstools at the counter and two dining tables meaning there is plenty of seating!
It is also a fully stocked kitchen - pots, pans, baking dishes, griddle, spices, sugar, oil and all the dishes and silverware and utensils you could need. There is even an Instapot for your use. Oh and don't forget both a Keurig and drip coffee maker ☕😉

Did you know the downstairs bunk room has a wood-burning stove? 🔥 It really adds to the cozy factor! This downstairs room has a queen bed and 2 sets of twins bunks, sleeping six. It also has an attached bathroom with shower and its own tv/blu-ray player.

We have lots of carved wooden bears around the cabin, most of them outside. I'll tell you where one is: our mascot resides in the front of the cabin. (He's pretty big and therefore difficult to miss 😉.) Think you can find them all during your stay?

We're coming up to the end of lake days as the water is getting colder and the road to Woods Canyon often gets snowed out during winter ❄️ It's still great for kayaking and paddle boarding though! Here is a shot of Willow Springs from a couple weekends ago to tide us over. Moody lake days are gorgeous 🤩

It's officially fire pit season! We love that ours here at the cabin is dual purpose - fire pit and grill! It has a grill grate on top that can be moved aside. Grill up some carne asada or burgers and then move the grate and enjoy s'mores for dessert! 🔥🍫🍔🥩🌠

There are a few surprises that await you in the garage. (Good surprises!) There are 4 bikes and a foosball table, among some other helpful supplies for adventuring. We definitely recommend taking an evening bike ride through the neighborhood to soak in the sights and the calm that surrounds the cabin. During the day, open up the garage and enjoy a (friendly) foosball tourney! 🚲🍃🍁
