Greetings my dear friends. Try this healing exercise on for yourself.
By doing so, you may find unprecedented validation and self-acceptance.

Take a few moments to close your eyes. Gently inhale deeply, then exhale a few times.
Next check in and ask yourself "If I could pick a weather atmosphere that perfectly describes how I'm feeling right now, what would that be"?
Allow the image to come. What temperature, cloud cover, and weather condition do you see?
Next, if you desire, take a blank piece of typing paper and draw its picture with crayons or colored pencils.
Your heart will feel unconditional validation for whatever feelings you might have in the moment.
My first experience came to me as a six year old. My parents severely scolded me, and I felt deeply saddened and depressed in response.
It came to me to pick a weather that perfectly matched this feeling. The image came of a cold day. Damp cold that goes clear to the bone. Wind driven sleet and rain pummeled me under gray skies.
Immediately, I felt a sense of empowerment and relief. What I felt deep inside actually takes place outside in nature. Wow, What validation! If it happens outside my window, it's OK in me!
