Hey hey! I’m out of the office for our team’s End of the Retreat from December 8th - 13th. I’ll be staying at the amazing which is one of my top-sellers! It’s also where my husband and I honeymooned (1st pic) and where we went for our 10 year Anniversary (2nd pic)! Unlike my normal work trips, this is all about celebrating our team’s hard work for the year and having fun! The best part…my hubby gets to come along for all the fun, food, drinks and relaxing! 𝑫𝒆𝒔𝒕𝒊𝒏𝒂𝒕𝒊𝒐𝒏 𝑾𝒆𝒅𝒅𝒊𝒏𝒈 𝑬𝒙𝒑𝒆𝒓𝒕 𝒂𝒕 𝒚𝒐𝒖𝒓 𝒔𝒆𝒓𝒗𝒊𝒄𝒆!✨💍 Back in May 2021, I invested in and set aside hours upon hours to learn, attending virtual classes and studying all things destination weddings. I had the honor to learn from the best in the biz, my late colleague and friend, Will Media! I passed my test and graduated in December 2021. However, shortly after that Will unexpectedly passed away, which devastated us all. Despite the heartache, his husband Mario and close friend Ashley Morris (both agents as well) decided to honor him and keep his legacy alive by continuing Destination Wedding University. Even though it was delayed (understandably so), I recently received my graduation certificate so I figured I better make it Instagram/Facebook official!

So why’d I invest my money and time into this comprehensive educational course? For YOU, because I want the best for my clients! I want to provide the highest level of service and expertise for my couples and their guests, making it easy for them to plan such a special event with their favorite people. Make sure you and your clients are REAL ID compliant by May 7, 2025 to prevent any disruptions in travel plans. Travelers who use a driver's license as identification at TSA checkpoints must present a REAL ID-compliant license to board domestic flights, which are generally identifiable by a gold star in the upper-right corner.

Passports and other forms of identification will also still be accepted by TSA. These alternatives can be found here, though please note this list may change and checking before travel is recommended: https://www.tsa.gov/travel/security-screening/identification

Brooke and Zach were seriously the sweetest clients to work with! Brooke first reached out back in September of 2022 and had a very specific vision of getting married at an all-inclusive with mountains in the background! I curated a proposal of options that fit what they were looking for and they fell in love with a resort in Puerto Vallarta. Their wedding day was a beautiful celebration with their loved ones! It may have been a little steamy in more ways than one! 🤣🔥 *insert inside joke* And just look at that gorgeous mountain backdrop they wanted!!! 😍 I just LOVE helping my couples visions come to life!

Here’s a little of what Brooke had to say about working with me: “Kayla was extremely helpful when planning our destination wedding! I was dead-set on a location with mountains. I can be quite indecisive, but she put together an amazing proposal that helped us make a decision. She worked hard to guarantee that we found a spot that fit what we wanted and that had room for our group. Prior to traveling, she sent helpful info to make sure that all my guests were prepared. I always said that I wanted 0% of the planning process for a wedding. Of course, that is not possible, but Kayla made it so easy! It was SO nice having Kayla to answer every question about travel/rooms for our guests. She took that off of my plate. My destination wedding was not stressful, and Kayla was a large piece in that!”
