"Working with Shelby to plan our honeymoon vacation to TRS Yucatan in Playa Del Carmen was an absolute breeze. Shelby was informed about the resort and area - per her own personal travels and having done her homework. She provided us with multiple options for our trip and helped us decide on the package that was best for us. Fortunately, our travel was not hindered by any delays or cancellations. Upon our arrival at the Cancun airport it was very easy to locate our shuttle service, Nexus, in their bright orange shirts (thanks for the tip there!). Our shuttle service was prompt, however, having to carpool with a separate party to their resort before ours added about 45 minutes to the commute and was a slight inconvenience having already had a long travel day. Check-in at TRS Yucatan was very smooth and we were welcomed with champagne and butler services for our bags. Throughout our 5 day stay the service from the resort staff was bar none, and Shelby remained responsive to the inquiries we had in regard to our travels home and suggestions on how to maximize our experience at the resort. I am confident in saying that my wife and I will happily use Shelby’s services in the future while planning our travels!!"
