Unfortunate news for those that haven’t applied or renewed your passport this year. Starting Monday, Dec 27, US passport prices will increase: https://www.cnn.com/travel/article/us-passport-fee-increase/index.html

Industry news is predicting higher travel prices too, so I highly recommend locking in rates before end of year - advance travel planning will be key moving into 2022 to get better deals and availability.

So many people are traveling again, but there is a lot that are still hesitant - which only builds on how many people will be booking travel in 2023-2023 at the same time. As pent-up travelers are ready to go anywhere and everywhere after such a long wait, space will be harder to find the longer you wait to book.

Booking is not the same as it use to be and if you want to save money and get the room with a view you want - you must book early now to lock in those early-bird prices and snag the space before it’s gone. Remember hotels in many countries are still under occupancy restrictions, so they also have less rooms to sell.

On December 27, the fee for a US passport book will shoot up by $20 for all customers, the US State Department has announced.

Did you know?!? The travel industry experts are predicting Europe travel will TRIPLE in summer 2022!!! They recommend to start planning before this fall/winter - as space will start to get limited the closer 2022 gets.

First day back to work after a fun Colorado wedding and mini vacay with family.

I always hate catching up when you get back, don’t you?! Love how much travel planning is happening though!!! Oh I missed this. It’s been the most crazy busy few months then ever before, but loving it. Although I do plan on taking more of these mountain getaways to escape and rejuvenate.

Felt so incredible to disconnect and reconnect around me! This is my new life goal.. I’m a workaholic and my body has been telling me to enjoy life more, so going to start listening.

Hoping to enjoy a hike in Puerto Vallarta later this year🤞Best of both worlds!! 🌴⛰⛱🍹

My favorite thing about travel is the treats you get to enjoy! Cute tea room in Boulder, CO - Papaya Sunrise Green Tea and hummus platter. Can’t go wrong! Fun afternoon before wedding rehearsal dinner.

Friyay!!! Hey all! It's Haley Davis - I have fallen off social for the last couple months and want to get back into the swing of things. After 12-14 hours during the week of nonstop travel planning and fielding enquiries - I've been exhausted at the end of the day and put social to the side to spend time with my hubby and a little me time for a couple hours before sleeping and doing it all over again. ⠀

The travel industry expected to have a surge in bookings as the vaccines rolled out, but I never thought it'd be quite this insane. I am so thankful for your support and confidence in Destinations HD to take care of your travel planning needs!! It's been amazing and feels so good to be planning travel (and honestly making money again is awesome too!!) 😜 ⠀

I'm preparing for my own brother's wedding next weekend and looking forward to a little break celebrating with family that I haven't seen since COVID started! Can't wait to travel and celebrate my little bro, AND I finally get another sister!! I've always been out numbered as the only girl, so having 2 SILs now will help me win more sibling arguments 😉⠀

ALERT: The Caribbean waters have entered into the sargassum seaweed bloom season and these last few days have been more than usual - so just be prepared before you travel to one of these islands or from Cancun down to Belize to avoid disappointment. Mother Nature is at it again and it can swing from one week to the next through October-ish. There are plenty of other fun things to enjoy to avoid the seaweed so don’t let this affect your vacay time!!
