Three newly built log cabin vacation rentals located in the heart of the beautiful Finger Lakes Region of Upstate New York, on the west side of Cayuga Lake. There are two private bedrooms – each has a queen size bed, spacious armoire closet, large chest of drawers, and nightstand. While bright natural sunlight normally fills the bedroom, there are room darkening shades for a peaceful sleep. There is a queen size pull-out couch in the living room that accommodates two more people. There is one bathroom with shower. Open year-round, the cabin has with radiant floor heating to warm you on chilly nights, as well as air conditioning and ceiling fans in each room to cool you on warm summer days. The porch provides additional under-roof space for socializing and relaxing. There is a picnic table and charcoal grill with grilling utensils and a wood-fire pit. Tour the wineries - the cabin is centrally located on the Cayuga Wine Trail, with the Seneca Lake Wine Trail a short drive away. Enjoy swimming, boating and fishing on Cayuga Lake. Cayuga Lake access is available via the cabin owner’s property and is a short hike from the cabin. We are a five-minute drive from Deans Cove boat launch. Taughannock Falls State Park to the south and Seneca State Park to the north offer hiking trails, beach swimming, and boat launch
There are numerous golf courses in the area, and miles of bicycle paths at nearby Sampson State Park. Observe the White Deer at the Seneca Army Depot , which supports the largest herd of white deer in the world behind 24 miles of protected fencing. Enjoy winter skiing and recreation at several area ski resorts – Bristol Mountain in Canandaigua (also has zip line tours) and Greek Peak (also operates a year-round indoor water park). Close by you’ll find numerous antique shops, concert venues and live theater performances. Area attractions within a 1-hour drive include Watkins Glen Gorge and International Raceway, Cayuga Lake Boat cruises, Museum of the Earth, Montezuma National Wildlife Refuge and Waterloo Premium Outlet mall. Rates are based on the season and length of stay. This property is dog-friendly – we encourage you to bring your dogs with you! Dogs must be kept on a leash at all times while outdoors. Inside the cabin, dogs shall not be left unattended unless crated. Renters are responsible for cleaning up and properly disposing of dog waste. A reasonable pet fee will be charged. Maximum of 2 dogs per cabin. Ithaca Dog Park located at the south end of Cayuga Lake is great place to exercise your pet. Smoking and Hunting are not permitted on the property. Campfires except in the fire pit are prohibited.
