-MEET THE OWNERS-
Kim and Linda Braegger are the new owners of the Bear Lake Ranch House! They have been married for 22 years now and have a wonderful combined family of 9 kids and 13 grandkids! Together they successfully own and run their family business, Braegger and Son’s Construction. They enjoy razor rides, river tubing, card games, camping and pretty much anything they get to do with their family! They have been enjoying the wonderful serene of Ovid Idaho and it’s wonderful mountains with their family, for many years now. They are so excited to be able to give other people the opportunity to make memories with their families and friends while experiencing such a versatile place.

The Ranch House
Enjoy the cool breeze and stunning scenery while relaxing on the wrap-around porch outside. This beautiful and comfortable five-bedroom, three bathrooms Ranch House has two floors and a basement. The grounds are equipped with Wi-Fi and also include a horseshoe pit, volleyball court and ball field.

The Barn
Located next to the Ranch House, is furnished with 5 additional bedrooms, 2 full baths and a large conference room. This room seats approximately 75 people.

The Bear Lake Ranch House is nestled in the foothills of southeastern Idaho at the base of Emigration Canyon just off of Hwy 36. Our street name is the North Pole Loop! ❄️❤️ (We adore it). About 95% of the time groups rent both the Ranch House and Barn, however we do also rent the Ranch House for smaller groups. We are located on 3 acres with plenty of parking space.

What’s included in the Barn? 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, half kitchen, large multi-purpose room with TV (awesome space for gathering!), commons area. There are a total of 8 queen beds with plenty of open floor space for additional sleeping. Sleeps a total of 16 in beds. The barn also includes six 6-ft tables and plenty of folding chairs!
