Welcome Y’all!
I’d like to start by introducing myself. I am Kristen Bobo, Alabama born, grateful wife, dog mom, photographer, foodie, and travel lover. The point of this page is for Alabamians and people passing through to enjoy the things we love most about Alabama, whether it be the best food dish, can’t take your eyes off of scenery, amazing places to relax, somewhere to take the family, or a hole in the wall place to shop. My list is long, I could talk about it all day. 😆 Supporting local businesses, posting places to see, and sharing food pictures from my favorite hometown restaurants is something that I have always loved doing. Marketing and advertising is a dream for me, it comes quite natural with the creative mind God blessed this ole girl with.
That is where this page comes into play. I prayed and have thought about this for such a long time, and could kick myself for not doing it earlier. I want to share the things that you love about Alabama, I want to help businesses grow and be successful, and I want anyone traveling to Alabama to know how beautiful our state truly is. Our state has mountains to roam, all the way down to sandy white beaches that become a personal oasis, and southern food that everyone needs to know about.
So, I need your help since I am only one person! I will be accepting pictures of anything that’s related to Alabama: food, travel, local mom and pop shops, which need to be recommended/recognized, and so on. Please email [email protected] and I will tag the business, write a small informative piece for them, and credit you for your photo. Anything to help out during these unique And uncertain times!
