Saying Goodbye....

It is with a heavy heart that I announce as of March 31st I will no longer be an independent travel agent affiliated with Academy Travel. My time with Academy Travel has been a wonderful experience and I highly recommend any of their affiliates for your vacation needs. If you need suggestions on a new travel agent, feel free to contact me and I can put you in touch with an agent in your area.

I want to specifically thank all my past clients who have made this adventure such a wonderful experience. Each of you have touched my life in immeasurable ways and I am grateful you chose me to help you make magical memories with your family. I hope that I have passed along my lifelong love of Disney and especially Walt Disney World. I hope that each of you continue to take the trips, sail the seas, ride the rides, eat all the snacks, and live every magical moment to the fullest!

Academy Travel is a “Diamond Earmarked” agency with the Disney Company and I have been honored to have spent the last six years as one of their Authorized Disney Agents, specializing in Walt Disney World, Disneyland, Aulani, Adventures by Disney, and the Disney Cruise Line. Day 3 - Wild time at Animal Kingdom. Tamed a yeti, took an African Safari, became a wilderness explorer and took a breathtaking tearjerking mesmerizing ride on the back of a banshee through the land of Pandora. If you have not yet ridden Flight of Passage - what are you waiting for???

Day 2 (Saturday) Hollywood studios. Snagged Rise of Resistance boarding passes but due to technical difficulties did not get to ride - guess we will have to come back to try again. Shucks.

DID get to ride the new Mickey and Minnies runaway railway AMAZING!!! Crowd levels were definitely higher but still got to ride SDD x 2 smugglers run, and walked on to toy story mania x3.

All in all another great day in the books.

Day 1 Magic kingdom is in the books. Cast members were wonderful. Really diligent on cleaning and making sure everyone was wearing their masks and socially distancing. My 10 year old great niece’s first time was “EPIC.”

Checked in to Disney’s Old Key West resort yesterday. Quiet and peaceful. Can honestly say they are doing a fantastic job cleaning and making one feel safe. Heading to the parks later this morning and will update then.
