We've recently added a custom basalt rock fire pit - it’s the perfect spot any time, keeping you and your s’mores toasty and warm. The yard is spacious, with newly planted northwest coastal native trees, shrubs and grasses - a constant reminder that you are at the beach!
• The grand porch runs the entire front of the house and provides a perfect spot for relaxing with your morning coffee, reading a book, or just saying hi to your neighbors walking by. With two custom driftwood benches and additional locally made cedar Adirondack chairs, there's space for everyone.
• The side deck (off the living room) features an outdoor dining table for 6 and overlooks the fire pit and newly planted native coastal forest.
• UPDATED-Hot tub: The 6-person hot tub is positioned facing the beautiful, old-growth forest. With new pavers, a custom cedar bench to hold your wine and northwest coastal native plants -there's no neighbors on this side, and no one behind, you’re free to soak away your stress without interruption.
• The back deck (off the main floor) also faces the forest, with breakfast table seating and a large gas barbecue for the grill master. Hear the sounds of the ocean through the trees as you relax with a book. Gracious indoor common areas and three separate entertaining spaces:
