The loss of Tim Murphy changed the way Candy Cane Lane looks but the city and volunteers did a beautiful job of putting in the park. Even though we are in our busiest time of the year, we have to take time to provide a final farewell for a very special young man that lost he’s life to soon. Our condolences to his family and friends and thank you to Southern Illinois Creamation and Burial services for the honor.

What a wonderful event in Herrin Illinois tonight. The organizers did a fabulous job of decorating, planning, organizing, and structuring their event. It was one of the best we have ever done. Oh and did I mention it snowed, yes snowed the entire evening. It was beautiful. Thank you Rhiannon and Julie along with all of the other volunteers and sponsors that made it a truly beautiful evening.

The one thing I love most about carriage rides is the children and the memories we make. Well last night my two year old great niece and her family drove three hours to one of our favorite events in Grand Rivers Kentucky the home town holiday. She got to ride up front on the carriage with her-mommy and Uncle JD to bring Elsa and the other characters to their grand entrance. I’m not sure who was more excited her or me!! Love you baby girl, I hope this memory last a lifetime. ❤️

Well our team are happy it’s daylight savings time!!

Well our new boy is settling in just fine. All the horses are home for a much needed rest. Now if only we could rest but there’s hay to be loaded in the barn, stalls to clean and lots of Christmas to be put away. We are so grateful to live this life. 🙏
