We had our first guests recently and here's what they had to say,
"REVIEW DETAIL - This was an absolutely amazing stay. The home is wonderful with amazing outdoor space. My kids loved the play structure, and we loved grilling out with the lovely lighting. There are so many great places to sit outside. The interior is just as fantastic. We enjoyed playing a few of the many board games next to the electric fireplace upstairs. There are cozy places to enjoy time together inside the house after a great day of local activities. The house is just a few blocks from amazing hiking and views. We had a very short drive to Lake Powell. Everything in the house is well-stocked with great amenities from the hot chocolate to the shampoo. The hosts were so communicative, and they left us fabulous gifts that made the trip so fun and welcome. I wouldn't change a thing!"

We’re getting close to taking reservations.. let us know if you’re interested in booking.. 4 bd/3 ba/2 levels with 2 living rooms, big deck with a fire pit & patio with a propane grill and pellet smoker, large grass yard, playground for the kiddos less than 10 minutes to the lake, Antelope Canyon, Horseshoe Bend and Glen Canyon Dam.. only a couple minutes from our boat/jet ski/kayak/paddle board and UTV rental shop, plus walking distance to pubs, restaurants and the grocery store.. sleeps up to 10-14 ppl.

Lake Powell is our "Happy Place" so we recently purchased this home that's just minutes from Wahweap and Antelope Marinas and beaches, less than 5 minutes from Horseshoe Bend and Glen Canyon Dam, and only blocks from over 30 restaurants and pubs, a bowling alley, Lake Powell Museum, The Movie Theater, Grocery Store, rental shops, 18 hole golf course and more.. We are getting it all dialed in now but soon we will make it available to our family and friends to rent out before we make it available to the public. We're in the process of getting it ready but "The OAR House @ Lake Powell" is coming soon! Very spacious 4bd/3ba! Sleeps up to 10-14 people comfortably. Lots of parking, plus large backyard with kids play area, patio, and deck. We're within walking distance of miles of hiking trails, plus over 30 restaurants and pubs, a bowling alley, 18 hole golf course, Lake Powell Museum, Glen Canyon Dam and more.
