During the summer season, we want to inform all guests that we implement a high temperature policy. We are located in Arizona and during the summer season we can reach triple digit weather. As a company, our guests’ safety comes first therefore when the outside temperature reaches 95 degree Fahrenheit we close the canyon. All tour operations end.

Daylight Savings Time? No concern! 😎

We operate on MOUNTAIN STANDARD TIME all year round. That is the same time as Phoenix, AZ and Page, AZ.
We, as a business, DO NOT observe Daylight Savings Time therefore DO NOT rely on your smartphone's automatic clock setting. The time will bounce between two timezones due to our unique location on the Navajo Nation.
If you find yourself uncertain, Google Phoenix, AZ time and it'll display the correct time.

As always, please arrive 15 minutes prior to your tour time. Check the weather forecast. Bring enough water for everyone and a hat to keep cool.

After taking a tour with us, stop by the Horseshoe Bend site and enjoy the breathtaking view.

This is your friendly reminder that the entrance fee to Horseshoe Bend starts at $10 per vehicle and only cash payments are accepted during holiday weekends due to high visitation. Be sure to bundle up on warm clothes, the 20 minute walk can get chilly especially in the morning and evening.

Time to start planning for holiday travel. A storm system will move across Arizona so be sure and check back for updates before you hit the road. The primary threat for snow will come later on Saturday into Sunday so you may want to pay close attention to that time period.

Helpful information for the Horseshoe Bend site. Please keep in mind that the site does get busy during a holiday week.
Be cautious of traffic and other visitors.

If you're planning to visit Horseshoe Bend for Thanksgiving weekend, keep in mind the trail is open 7 days a week from 20 minutes before sunrise (6:50am) to sunset (5:15pm).
