We're conveniently located between Hunter Mountain and Windham for winter sports, (10 miles to Hunter), Woodstock / Saugerties (10 miles) for summertime activities. (5 minutes)

We're friendly, love to meet new people, and share the Catskills with you. It's a Hamlet, sleepy, neighborly, tiny. Lots of great amenities, a world class down home bistro who creates the most amazing baked goodies, salads, creative soups and grilled treats, 2 awesome restaurants (One of which has creekside dining one has rocking seasonal music, an upscale wine store, library, post office, gas station. All this and an amazing view of the stars. The Milky-way is closer here, it's a wonder you'll want to catch. The Trailways bus drops you off at the Circle W just 2 minutes from the house. We're happy to help you with luggage etc. We also love to take the Amtrak. It's like a vacation at the beginning of the vacation. Take the train to Hudson and cab across the Rip Van Winkle Bridge. This is the most scenic route and inspiration for many fine photographers. We're a green Airbnb. All of our cleaning solutions exceed Green Seal standards, all paint is zero-VOC, we recycle, grow organically and HEPA vacuum meticulously. We are happy to stock anything special you may want. We are on the most beautiful stream in the Catskills. On the Kaaterskill Clove near the legendary Kaaterskill Falls. (Highest falls in New York). You'll recognize views from masters paintings and will love the local flavor. Getting around
We are 2 blocks from the bus stop that goes to New York City. It's also an amazing vacation on the way to vacation to take the Amtrak to Hudson New York and rent a car or take a cab here. (Highly recommend seeing the Hudson River this way!)
