Cinnamon Beach Vacations was created in response to the demand for a local, community-friendly vacation rental agency in the Palm Coast/St. Property owners expressed a desire for a rental agency that would show the utmost care and attention for their beautiful homes. Vacationers wanted the experience of working with “a local” who could offer the type of insight that only a full-time area resident

can provide. Cinnamon Beach Vacations is dedicated to providing the very best in customer service, just like our sister companies, Cinnamon Beach Realty and CBV Resort Homes. Instead of taking on hundreds of properties and sacrificing attention to detail and customer service, our companies choose to be selective about each property, project and client we work with to maximize our efforts and your satisfaction! For property owners, our goal at Cinnamon Beach Vacations is to provide superior occupancy for your property without sacrificing any of the special treatment and “TLC” your home deserves. Our “Ultra-Care” Property Management System includes:
Property walk-through, cleaning and inventory check prior to every arrival. Detailed property inventory check, condition inspection and deep cleaning after every check-out.

”Face to face” greeting of each guest at check-in and check-out. We actually meet every person staying in your property! Periodic “checkup” on your house or condo when unoccupied, including maintenance of A/C systems, electrical and plumbing, etc. All bulbs and filters changed, batteries and broken items replaced- so you never have to!

24/7 access to our staff. For our guests, we strive to offer you an unbeatable value and sensational experience on your Florida vacation. Our “Concierge Plus” service means you will have a REAL PERSON who lives in the area to consult with as you prepare for vacation. Cinnamon Beach Vacations stocks every vacation rental we manage with essential items so you don’t have to run right out to the store as soon as you get in to town. After all, you’re on VACATION! Plus, since we’re locals we’ll provide you with area guides and even discount coupons to restaurants and attractions from our friends and fellow business owners.
