On February 18 from 10 AM – 4 PM, take the opportunity to sign up for “The Ocotillo Lodge - Palmer & Krisel’s Vision of Midcentury Vacation Glamour” and tour eight stunning units and explore the impressive grounds of this magnificent hotel turned private community, built by the revered the Alexander Company. After your tour, join us at the property’s famed Sunshine Bar where a photo exhibition about the Ocotillo Lodge and architect William Krisel will be on display. While there, listen to our groovy music, check out some classic cars, marvel at the retro Ocotillo Lodge memorabilia that will be on display, and chat with Lucille Ball, portrayed by drag performer Sabryna Williams, and one of the Marilyns of Palm Springs. The Ocotillo Lodge was originally designed William Krisel & constructed in 1957 by the Alexander Construction Company. Originally a hotel , then later converted into condominiums in 1995. The historic clubhouse overlooks the chic pool and the Sunshine bar off in the distance which is a great space to meet new friends over a refreshing cocktail.
