We are a Deli, Market, Specialty Store specializing in Foods, Wines, Liquors & Beer not available anywhere else. At Bouschet we are passionate about providing a thoughtful & worldly selection of the finest wines & spirits available. We are also the ultimate destination for elegant, unique, gift packages you can't find anywhere else! Enjoy a glass or sample wines in our wine bar. Our wine stations

are available to those 21 and over. We also have a wide variety of wine accessories, glassware and gift items. Step inside our Speakeasy, PS Air for a cocktail inside our airline themed venue.

FORNARINO PROSECCO
Clear, straw yellow, and bright with a fresh fruit nose and hints of green apple. Citrus notes as well as a creamy nuttiness. Bright acidity.

I CAMPI CAMPO BASE SOAVE DOC
A wine with an intense bouquet of white flowers, soft in the mouth, with a typical, slightly bitter almond finish. A fresh and savoury wine, easy to drink. Convivial and authentic.

BECCO REALE PECORINO
Complex and elegant nose, with notes of white pulp fruits and hints of sage and lavender. Fresh, mineral, and structured taste, excellently balanced.

POGGIO BASSO CHIANTI CLASSICO RESERVA
Full and complex with layers of wild berries, cedar and vanilla. Velvety, elegant, and extremely well balance.

GIANNICOLA DI CARLO RECASTRO PRIMITIVO
The nose is ripe with concentrated red and black fruits, with floral hints of violets. The taste is smooth and full-bodied, with a long finish.

POGGIO BASSO BRUNELLO DI MONTALCINO
Flavors of black plum skin, black raspberry, and boysenberries. This fruit is lifted by vanilla earthiness and touches of pepper. Food Pairings Structured red meat dishes such as Florentine Steak, Prime Rib, or Osso Buco. Mushroom sauces or wild game stew. Will compliment well any aged cheese.

Friday November 1st for Palm Springs Gay Pride Weekend, PS Air Bar & Bouschet will be presenting a Special Progressive Wine Tasting featuring wines from La Crema! This event is storewide including inside PS Air Bar. Wine stations will be setup with food pairings at each station. PS Air Bar will open to public after the event!

This event will take place from 5pm - 7pm. $40 per person!
